MADICLUBDice-slot players will know 40 Burning Dice is easily a must-try at the online Belgian casino Madison Casino. This is a dice-format take on the Amusnet hit, with 40 paylines in play. The game brings a casino-dice flavour into slot play with a straightforward setup and medium volatility. It combines 40 paylines, a 95.93% RTP and a top win of 3,000x, giving players a balanced rhythm with room for feature-driven bursts when the special symbols land.
Set your stake anywhere from EUR 0.4 to EUR 10.0, then launch each round and watch the symbols fall into place across 40 paylines. The core aim is to land matching combinations on those lines while the special symbols add more movement to the session. With medium volatility, the game offers a steadier balance between regular base-game action and feature-triggered moments.
Wins come from matching symbols across 40 paylines. The mix of regular line payouts and special features creates different routes to returns, with Wilds helping complete combinations and Scatters adding extra value from anywhere on the layout. Free Spins can extend the action without drawing from your balance, while the 3,000x maximum win sets the upper ceiling for the game’s payout potential.
40 Burning Dice is built around its paying symbols and a set of bonus mechanics that drive its biggest wins. Here is how each feature works.
Free Spins award a sequence of spins that do not cost anything from your balance once the feature is triggered. That gives you extra chances to land winning combinations and connect with other special symbols while keeping your stake untouched during the bonus round.
A Jackpot feature adds access to a larger top prize than a standard line win. When it is triggered, play shifts towards a high-value reward opportunity, giving each qualifying moment more weight and adding an extra layer of anticipation beyond the regular symbol payouts.
A Wild substitutes for other paying symbols to help complete winning combinations on the paylines. This makes near-misses more likely to turn into payouts and can strengthen the value of a spin by filling gaps that would otherwise break a line.
A Scatter pays independently of paylines, so its value comes from landing the symbol anywhere on the layout. It can also act as the gateway to bonus play, making it one of the key symbols to watch if you want extra payout opportunities beyond standard line wins.
Jackpot Cards introduce a card-based route into the jackpot side of the game. Collecting or landing these cards pushes play towards that prize feature, turning them into important symbols whenever you are aiming for more than the base-game line payouts.
The Gamble feature lets you risk a win from the previous spin for the chance to increase it. This creates a clear choice between collecting the amount already earned or taking on extra risk in pursuit of a higher return.
Buy Bonus gives direct access to the bonus feature instead of waiting for the triggering symbols to arrive naturally. It is a faster route into the game’s special round and appeals to players who want immediate feature play rather than relying only on base-game spins.
The presentation leans into a fiery dice-and-casino theme that matches the title well. Expect a brisk arcade-style slot feel rather than a heavy narrative, with the visual focus on clear symbols, sharp effects and feature cues that keep attention on the reels and on the outcomes of each spin.
The demo version lets you explore the dice-slot theme, 40-payline layout and feature flow without using real money. It is a practical way to test the game’s pace, see how the symbols interact and decide whether the medium-volatility style suits your approach before playing for real.
