MADICLUBChance Machine 20 Dice, one of the dice releases at Madison Casino, is the dice version of the Endorphina original, played across a 5x3 grid. The game brings a dice-inspired twist to classic slot play with clear structure and approachable pacing. It combines 20 fixed paylines, low volatility and a 3,000x top win, making it a straightforward option for players who enjoy regular action with a familiar casino feel.
Set your stake, then spin the reels and watch for matching symbols to connect across the 20 fixed paylines. Since all lines stay active, there is no need to choose how many paylines to enable before each round. The overall feel is simple and accessible, with low volatility supporting a smoother rhythm that suits players who prefer a lighter risk profile.
Wins land by matching symbols across the game’s 20 fixed paylines on the 5x3 layout. Because the paylines are fixed, every spin plays all available lines automatically, so you always have the full payline setup in action. With low volatility, the experience is geared towards steadier hit frequency rather than long dry spells, while the top prize reaches 3,000x your stake.
Chance Machine 20 Dice is built around its paying symbols and a set of bonus mechanics that drive its biggest wins. Here is how each feature works.
The Wild substitutes for other paying symbols to help complete winning combinations on the paylines. When it lands in the right position, it can bridge gaps in a line and improve the value or consistency of a spin. That makes it one of the key symbols for keeping wins in play across the 20 fixed lines.
The Risk Game gives you the choice to gamble a win after a successful spin. Instead of collecting immediately, you can put that payout at risk for the chance to increase it. This adds a direct risk-and-reward decision to the session, because a stronger return is possible but the amount won can also be lost.
The Scatter pays independently of the fixed paylines, so its value comes from landing the required symbols anywhere on the grid. That means it can reward you without needing to line up in a traditional payline pattern. It adds another route to a payout and gives the game extra variety beyond standard line wins.
The presentation leans into a dice and casino style, giving the game a recognisable table-games flavour within a slot format. The 5x3 layout keeps the screen easy to read, which helps the action stay clear from spin to spin. That straightforward visual approach matches the gameplay well and makes the results on each fixed payline easy to follow.
The demo mode lets you explore the game’s pace, features and payline structure without using real funds. It is a practical way to see how the low-volatility profile feels in play and how the Wild, Scatter and Risk Game shape each session. That makes it useful for both first-time players and anyone comparing dice slots before playing for real.
