MADICLUBSay hello to 40 Fire Cubes, the dice edition of a favourite from Red Panda you can play at Madison Casino. It runs at high volatility. This dice slot pairs a fast, straightforward setup with a higher-risk profile and a progressive jackpot in the background. It offers 40 paylines, a 95.98% RTP and a top win of 2,100x, giving players a clear mix of regular line-play action and bigger prize potential.
Start by setting your stake anywhere from EUR 0.40 to EUR 40.00. Once your bet is in place, launch the spin and watch the symbols settle across the 40 paylines. If matching combinations land on active lines, they return a payout according to the game rules. Because the volatility is high, it suits players who are comfortable with more variation in session results.
Wins come from landing matching symbols across the game’s 40 paylines. With high volatility, results tend to be less frequent but can carry more weight when they arrive, so the rhythm feels more swingy than steady. The listed top win reaches 2,100x your stake, while the progressive jackpot adds another layer of prize potential on top of the base game.
40 Fire Cubes is built around its paying symbols and a set of bonus mechanics that drive its biggest wins. Here is how each feature works.
A Wild substitutes for other paying symbols on the reels to help complete winning combinations. Its main job is to turn near-misses into made lines by filling a gap in a payline. That gives each spin extra flexibility and can improve the chances of connecting a payout across the game’s 40 paylines.
Free Spins give you a sequence of spins that do not come out of your balance. Any wins collected during those spins are still paid in the usual way, so the feature creates extra chances to build returns without increasing the cost of that bonus sequence. It also breaks up the base game with a more rewarding run of action.
The Bonus Game opens a separate feature round away from the standard spin flow. This kind of round adds a different objective or selection moment and gives you another route to prizes beyond ordinary payline wins. It lifts the variety of the session and can create a stronger reward moment when it appears.
The Gamble feature lets you risk a win you have just collected for the chance to increase it. If the gamble succeeds, the payout rises; if it fails, that win is lost. It is a direct risk-and-reward choice, giving you control over whether to bank the result or chase a larger return.
The Jackpot feature adds access to a large top prize that sits above regular line wins. Because this is a progressive jackpot, the prize pool grows over time until it is won. That gives every qualifying jackpot moment extra weight and adds long-shot prize potential to the overall game.
The presentation leans into a fiery, energetic style that fits the Fire Cubes name and keeps the action feeling lively. As a dice slot, it stands apart from a standard fruit-machine look and brings a more distinctive visual identity to each spin. The overall effect is bright, punchy and easy to follow, which helps the feature moments stand out clearly.
A demo version is available, so you can explore the pace, paylines and feature mix before deciding whether to play for real. It is a practical way to see how the high-volatility profile feels, test stake levels in a no-pressure setting and get comfortable with the game’s bonus structure.
