MADICLUBSay hello to Very Hot Dice 40, a dice slot from Fazi you can play at the online Belgian casino Madison Casino. It runs at very high volatility. The game brings a brisk casino-style feel with the added structure of a slot. It combines straightforward line-based play with a sharper risk profile, making each result feel more pronounced. Very Hot Dice 40 suits players who enjoy simple controls, clear outcomes and a session that can swing quickly.
Playing is simple. Choose your stake, launch a spin and follow the result across 20 fixed paylines. Any winning symbol combinations on those lines pay according to the game's rules, so the focus stays on line-based results rather than complicated side mechanics. With very high volatility, it is a good fit for players who are comfortable with a more variable pace.
Wins are created by landing matching symbols across the game's 20 paylines. Higher-value combinations deliver stronger returns, while the very high volatility means payouts tend to be less frequent but can carry more weight when they arrive. That profile gives the game a punchier rhythm, so steady bankroll management matters during longer sessions.
The demo version lets you explore the game's flow without using real money. It is a practical way to see how the 20-payline format feels, how quickly rounds move and whether the very high volatility matches your playing style before you decide to play for stakes.
